Setup default freetext values
Hi, I've got a problem I've solved before, but now, after a lost config file, I can't find how to do it (otrs 2.0.1) I want to setup default values for freekey[1..5] and freetext[1..5] for every email we pull from our pop3 account. Where do I define this (for example: FreeKey1='Channel', FreeText1='Email')? Thanks in advance, Duarte Cordeiro

"You wrote "creation", so you have to use the PostmasterFilter to set TicketFreeText/Key once on creation."
