The following bug was posted to bugs.otrs.org - no answer yet, so I'm sending it to this list in the hope that someone has already asked it (and been provided with a possible solution): http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=482: We appear to be having the following problem (staff say this was not so in previous version; no idea how accurate that is): in ticket zoom, a ticket with a single attachment shows the correct email text content (ie, the message), but if you click on the attachment (ETX4F3.dat, below) hyperlink, then it incorrectly displays the same email text content (file-1). If you click on the 'file-1' hyperlink, then it incorrectly leads to the REAL attachment (ETX4F3.dat in this case). Attachment: file-1 ETX4F3.dat It's as if the links are being swapped around. No big deal, but it is driving them up the wall. Seems fixed in latest CVS HEAD. hth, Robert Kehl

Thanks for the reply. Excuse my ignorance, but what's a "HEAD?" Is that a file in the CVS that I can view at cvs.otrs.org (so I can patch our version), or something else. thanks Henry -------------------------------------------------------- This message was sent using MetroWEB's AirMail service. http://www.metroweb.co.za/ - full access for only R73. In CVS, meaning "Concurrent Versioning System", one can maintain several branches representing different states of development of a software (suite). Usually, CVS HEAD is the main development branch. Google a bit around to find a lot of sites with comprehensive help and tutorials concerning CVS. With kind regards, Robert Kehl

Thanks - have simply hacked AgentZoom.pm to reverse the order of attachment links and used counter for FileID. BTW, what's the release cycle for OTRS? Any idea when you'll be releasing the next version? Regards Henry
