It's as if the links are being swapped around. No big deal, but it is driving them up the wall.

Seems fixed in latest CVS HEAD.

Thanks for the reply. Excuse my ignorance, but what's a "HEAD?" Thanks - have simply hacked AgentZoom.pm to reverse the order of attachment links and used counter for FileID. BTW, what's the release cycle for OTRS? Any idea when you'll be releasing the next version? Regards Henry

In CVS, meaning "Concurrent Versioning System", one can maintain several branches representing different states of development of a software (suite). Usually, CVS HEAD is the main development branch.

Google a bit around to find a lot of sites with comprehensive help and tutorials concerning CVS.
