I have done it on one site, but it requires a customization of the
OTRS Agent interface.

Customers can see all articles (of their tickets) that don't include "int" within the article-type-name. E.g. you have to compose the note as "note-external", then this note will be displayed for the customer. Perhaps, you have to configure the AddNote-site to give the possibility to change the article-type to something else but note-internal. Bye, Alex
