hi, i am new to otrs, using otrs 2.2 on debian system, what i want is, two customer of a company ABC can see each other tickets by clicking [image: CompanyTickets] CompanyTicketshttp://localhost/otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketOverView&Type=Company... (in customer.pl). how to set ?? please help. -- regards: Aman
