I just clicked around on the demo site. It appears that all events in the ticket are loaded at once in the ticket zoon. If you click on the events they display immediately. In old OTRS it had to reload for each event you wanted to view. -- Lars
I don't like the pipermail archive format, so I've created a Google Group for archiving this list. For me, it's a lot easier to view email lists like this when I check the threads/messages once a week, or less. http://groups.google.co.uk/group/otrs_archive Email addresses are suppressed, to prevent harvesting. So it's no more of a privacy concern than the pipermail archive. But if OTRS decide it's not to their liking, I'm happy to make it private and for my use only. But hopefully others will find this useful. You can subscribe and receive daily digests, as well as view online and search by thread.
