Hello all, I have just installed OTRS on a WinXP machine and for some reason it is not executing PostMasterPOP3.pl in order to POP email from my email server (at least that is what I am able to understand via the cron log file). As is common in WinXP, I have not even gotten a window asking me if I should allow PostMasterPOP3.pl to run (i.e. it seems to me that it is not even being called). The only programs that seem the be executing at this point are GenericAgent.pl and PendingJobs.pl. Also, if it has any influence, I am running dynamic DNS (which I will expect to create issues, but not at this early stage). Sorry if this is a redundent question but my review of the archives has turned up very little on this topic. Thanks in advance, Cameron.
I figured it out... no need to reply. The PostMasterPOP3.pl line was commented out by default (post-install) in the crontab file. It works now.
