The Customer LDAP source is read-only at the moment. You can set up multiple customer data sources, of which some can be DB and writable. -- Mike

pardon my English is not good, what I want, new clients can created your
own counts in customer interface, where OTRS seems not conected to AD,
but realy it is conected,
