Dear All, I am trying to install the OTRS 2.0.3 tarball on a RedHat system but am experiencing some problems. I have installed everything according to the instructions in the INSTALL* files. Running the Web-Installer in instruction #8 went like a breeze. Database and all tables populated beautifully. So far so good. However, instruction #10 (http://mydomain/otrs/index.pl) is causing me a headache because it throws the well known 'Internal Server Error' in Apache. When I run index.pl on the command line it spits out the page correctly. And when I put the output of index.pl in a file, put a print statement around it, and point my browser to this new file, the login page shows up in my browser. Setting $Debug=2 in index.pl, the log file /tmp/otrs.log shows lines like: [Sat Oct 15 10:54:42 2005][Debug][Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::new][89] Global handle started... [Sat Oct 15 10:54:42 2005][Debug][Kernel::System::Main::Require][52] Module: Kernel::System::Queue loaded! Apache log shows the well known 'Premature end...' lines: [Sat Oct 15 10:54:43 2005] [error] [client 84.85.64.41] Premature end of script headers: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl BTW The otrs/faq.pl and otrs/public.pl pages show up in the browser as does the otrs/installer.pl page.
