Hello, Is it possible to have a queue which is a combined list, in chronological order, of all tickets in all queues. The purpose of this is to enable an agent working on multiple queues to work through all tickets in chronological order and be able to easily see tickets which are getting old, no matter which queue they arrived in. Thanks!

Yes. Read manual: [1]http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/stable/en/html/what-is-the-queue-over... -- Florian [1] http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/stable/en/html/what-is-the-queue-over...

Yeah. Just select the relevant queues in "My Queues" in the agent
preferences. Then click on Tickets -> Queues.
