The "html code" in the utilities/fulltext search is a bug. I fixed it 4 days ago. Normally if you click on "This is a text/html email, click here to open it in a new window." a new browser window with the html-only email should be opened. It's a bug if this window is empty. If you have a email (html email) with this problem (new browser window is empty), please send this email to us (contact at otrs.org) so we can check it and fix it. Thanks!
