hello currently i'm using version 1.1.3 of OTRS and i'm happy with it (and features)... do you recommend me updating to 1.3.2 to fix possible security bugs? or maybe i can stay with version 1.1.3 but get patches for the bugs? what would you recommend keeping in mind that i need to avoid problems (losing messages, losing info on DB, etc) at all cost? thanks
