This has been discussed. I think the consensus was that there is really no merit when we have a searchable mailing list archive. Since OTRS seems to be so popular, would it not be a good idea to create a forum for it? It would seem to me that information could be exchanged in a much easier manner that way. Especially when it comes to tutorials, tips, tricks etc...

I certainly don't mean to step on anyones toes here.. but I was wondering if there is any interest in building a forum, either from the OTRS community or OTRS developers.
