Ticket State on empty answer action....

Hi all whenever a I do an "empty answer" to a customer, otrs tries to set the new ticket state to "closed successfully".....is there any way to configure otrs to not try to change it? Thanks in advance. Regards!!!

If I'm not wrong it's a bug solved in 2.4.6
