Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the integrated installer and set it up. Then I changed all of the config settings to point to MSSQL. Works like a champ. Thanks for the pointer.

What changes to the configuration were necessary to let OTRS use the MS SQL server? We would like to integrate them into OTRS.
