Hello, I have a question about OTRS configuration. We would like to choose between three types of ticket when we click on "Phone-ticket" or "Email-ticket" button. These tickets will have differents fields depending of the type of incident. Can we configure this throught the web interface? Thanks in advance. Best regards
After upgrading from otrs 2.2.4 to 2.3.2 I am having a problem with running the final step of the upgrade, which is to run Admin -> SysConfig. I removed from my Config.pm "$Self->{'DefaultCharset'} = 'utf-8';" and it now works. As soon as I try and set it to utf-8 it fails. This is a good enough fix for me.
