The system don't get email from pop3 accounts

Hi I'm working with a new suse 10.2 installation and I'm having some problems: 1.The system don't get mail from pop3 accounts. Although I check the address and there are right ( Use PostMasterPOP3.pl) it don't work. When I checked in this moment read the accounts and load the DB. I thing maybe some problem with cron ?? 2.-Problem with privileges acces to queue's I assign to move and create privileges only form some users in a group and assign this group to the queue. When I connect with the user I cant move to the queue o create tickets ?? Somebody would help me ?? Thanks Antonio

There is a script in the bin/ directory of your OTRS installation which starts the cron jobs - Cron.sh. If you have installed the rc start script in SUSE using suse-rcotrs, which can be found in the scripts/ directory, then you can use the rcotrs stop/start function to start the cronjobs. Remember that the otrs user has no shell set in /etc/passwd! You must pass a shell to your 'su' command when starting the Cron.sh manually. -- Shawn Beasley ((otrs)) :: OTRS AG :: Norsk-Data-Straße 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg Fon: +49 (0) 9421 56818 0 :: Fax: +49 (0) 9421 56818 18 http://www.otrs.com/ :: Communication with success!
