Despite specifying the users that are allowed to post tickets through ldap (eg group cn=otrsusers,o=wcs); when i search for a customer, it still gives me objects that are located in the tree, rather than just those users that are located in the specified group... any ideas how to fix this???
No, the group means only the users who can use the customer panel. Customer users will be still the whole tree.
thanks, ~chad

Modify the ldap queries in Kernel/System/CustomerUser/LDAP.pm to fetch just wanted objects.
