Module Kernel::Modules::FAQ not registered in Kernel/Config.pm!

i just did a fresh install of otrs 2.1.3, and im getting this error when i click on the "FAQ" link when replying to a ticket. does anyone know whats going on? Add your username to the stats group and a Statistics button should appear in your toolbar. Nils Breunese.
