Multiple customer IDs - one customer

Is it possible for a single customer to have multiple customer IDs? I have a group of people that need to see all the tickets from queue A, (I know I can do this by giving all of those tickets the same customer id), but i need each individual from that group to still be able to see their individual tickets in queue B. If I make it so that the people can view each other's tickets in queue A they can no longer see individual tickets in queue B and vice versa. Is there a way I can have my cake and eat it too? Thanks, Tyler Hepworth

I set the CustomerID to the LDAP attribute 'o'. Even though LDAP allows having multiple 'o' entries, OTRS does only recognize the first one retrieved. So this would reuqire coding - as always, sales@otrs.de is a good address to contact herefore.
