Hi, Clicking the Star-Icon does not mean to remove the Tickets with Stars - it is just a shortcut to the List of ticktes with unread articles. (New/Responsible/Locked/...) Recognize the number under the Icon (=Count of Ticktes not Articles, but within one Ticket there could be more than one unread Article) After Clicking this Icon, you get a List with Tickets where EVERY Ticket has a Star, and after reading one of the Tickets and do any other Page-Reload you will recognize the changed number of unread Ticktes... If you just read the unread Ticket and do no other Page-Reload, the Number of unread Ticktes in the Menu will not change because it is not JavaScript-driven. (The Stars inside the Article-Area are JavaScript-Driven and change immediately) Clicking the Star-Icon a second time IS a Page-Reload, but you do not need to click exactly there... Fritz
