Hi Reto, Actually, this was one of the changes we made when switching from OTRS 2 to OTRS 3 that caused quite a lot of pushback. The idea of using a popup is that the agent can use the 'parent' window to view all articles in the ticket to assist in composing the answer. Apparently not everybody likes it; to change the behaviour would be possible but it will also require some coding. I'm fairly certain someone or some company (maybe even OTRS AG) will do so at a certain point. If you'd really dislike the popups and you don't have the skill to do programming in Perl/jQuery/OTRS, you could either consider using OTRS 2.4.x or contract someone (OTRS Group, for instance) to implement it in V3. -- Mike On Mon, May 9, 2011 at 9:26 PM, Reto Müller wrote:
