Hi Marc, I think that you just have to try a telnet from your otrs box to the smtp like: telnet serverml.XXXXX.XXXX 25 and see if it return somthing like: [root@HLT02720 ~]# telnet 0 25 Trying 0.0.0.0... Connected to 0. Escape character is '^]'. 220 localhost.localdomain ESMTP Sendmail 8.14.2/8.14.2; Thu, 9 Apr 2009 12:28:48 +0200 If it fails is probabliy a problem that echange server does not has the smtp connector or is not reachable for some network/firewall problem...
