Hello, I have prepared a very experimental Debian package of otrs. Just add the following two lines to your /etc/apt/sources.list: deb http://twerner.debian.net/deb/ ./ deb-src http://twerner.debian.net/deb-src/ ./ Maybe the developers can add that information to the otrs homepage?
