Re: [otrs] Install problem on SuSE 9.2

Jen, From what I'm guessing, you need to add perl to the APACHE_MODULES list in /etc/sysconfig/apache2 Alex. jennyw wrote:
I searched through the mailing list archives, and saw that someone else had a similar problem, but didn't see a solution. I downloaded 1.3.2 from the OTRS Web site, and installed using YaST2. When I try to start apache2, I get this error:
Syntax error on line 10 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/otrs.conf: Invalid command 'Perlrequire', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, I'd love to hear them!
Thanks!
Jen

Thanks. Unfortunately, I've tried that. This is what I have in the apache2 file: APACHE_MODULES="access actions alias auth auth_dbm autoindex cgi dir env expires include log_config mime negotiation setenvif ssl suexec userdir php4 perl" I still get the same error message, and can't find any mentions as to what's going on in the log files. If you have any other ideas, I'd love to hear them! Thanks! Jen
