Hi everyone! One of our customer service people here mentioned that all the standard replies in OTRS are always added to the bottom of the existing message. Is there a way to have them appear on top of the message instead? (I know there's a years-long 'fight', especially on Usenet on whether replies to an existing post should be inserted before, or after the original message, but anyway...) 8-) Regards, Evert Meulie
