I can't seem to find these sections in sysconfig to tell the perl module where to get the e-mail from. Where do I get these settings? Unfortunately I don;t have POP e-mail for this so it does have to draw it all from an IMAP server. And also unfortunately I am stuck with a Windows machine. there's a package for the 2.1.x framework to access IMAP(S) and POP(S) accounts from OTRS without fetchmail etc.

...uses Mail::IMAPClient, Mail::POP3Client and IO::Socket::SSL.

Hi Chris,

since you replied to my message I suppose you refer to the package PostmasterMailAccount_0.0.8.opm. Have you already installed this package and can't find the mail acoount configuration? Is this your question?

After installing there should be a menu entry in the admin area under "Misc" called "Postmaster Mail Account". Here you can configure the mail accounts.

Call perl: "Perl c:\otrs\blah\blah\postmasterpop3.pl" (if the perl.exe is in your path statement). You could also probrably associate an application with that filetype but doing it the way I said before is a more "correct" way to do it. HTH, Andy On 3/27/07 10:18 PM, "Chris Watt" wrote:
