Graphs and Reports

try the most recent version. You may also think about trying out the CVS HEAD, but this were somewhat geeky, call it "bleeding edge". You may also wait a little while for the next release 1.2.3, which we want to issue soon.
I couldn't wait, so I downloaded the 1.2.2. Install went fine but I was still missing the export feature under utilities. I think I may have been installing the rpm wrong, it wasn't updating any of the html pages. I removed the html folder and reinstalled the rpm. Everything looks good now. :) It it's not too long to explain what is this CVS HEAD you had mentioned? Glad to hear that.

We're developing OTRS in a Concurrent Versioning System, CVS. The most recent version deriving from this CVS is called the CVS HEAD. Call it the bleeding edge of OTRS. Refer to the bottom of our download page for instructions on how to check out the CVS: http://otrs.org/download/ Well, our recommendation is for sure to use the most recent issued version instead of the sometime sharp-knifed CVS HEAD. You could get hurt and have been warned hereby :) Regards, Robert Kehl -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Tel. +49 (0)6172 4832388
