Adding Users in to Otrs Win32 1.2 Beta 2- undefined value
After installing Otrs Win32 1.2 Beta 2 - Going to index.pl - Adminarea - User if I add a user I get the following error: After this the user seems to be created - but when I try to ad the Userto Groups I get the same error again Server error! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Error message: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at C:/otrs/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AdminUserGroup.pm line 58. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. This is the (solved) bug #300: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=300 Solution: Copy this file ===one line below http://cvs.otrs.org/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm ?rev=1.104&content-type=text/plain ===one line above over the existing c:\otrs\otrs\Kernel\Config\Defaults.pm. This is fixed in the 1.2.0-beta2 release, which will be out very soon. We're just waiting for the mirrors to sync. hth, Robert Kehl
