Hello, when I was recently crawling through those .dtl files and lose my way in those tables in tables in tables in tables in tables I thought once again about redesigning this with a fluffy CSS box structure. My question is: Is there anything similar planned by the otrs development team? May I assist? ;-) Or is there nothing planned and I may submit the result of my work as a patch or whatever. My plan was starting with the customer interface because it is not that complex.
