Hi, I recently setup OTRS (lovely, lovely stuff) & I'm just about ready to go live with it and tell muh boss to shove his silly support logging methodologies and wotnot. ;) However, I am experiencing the unfortunate problem that the customer interface does not display any tickets, whether created within the agent interface or within the customer interface itself.. What could be causing this? And what should I try do? :( Best Regards, AL.
