It's possible to delete a whole ticket (e. g. for spam) but it's not possible to change parts of a ticket. -=> The reason is, you will never lose anything (like a log). It sounds hard but it's very useful. If there is a wrong info in the Internal-Note, add a new Internal-Note with the right info.
