
Hello, I was just playing around with otrs. And I received a html formatted mail. In the qeue view it was displayed in source code, very hard to read. I had to zoom to read this mail. Is there a way to change this? Christoph

I can't reproduce this problem. May you send a html formatted email to feedback at otrs.org? So I can check this. That's would be fine.

Thanks for the examlpe to feedback at otrs.org. I added a check funktion. If there is a HTML email (only HTML without plain text body) a link "click here to show..." appears. -==> Beta6 will have this feature.
