Any chance i can get a list of ports needed for basic use of OTRS? (as in for web access, mostly for admin use) I need to make some changes to my firewall, and just specifying (allow)[ip.address,tcp,80] isn't cutting it. Thanks, Jon.

Port 80 is the right port. It's just plain http. Try to open the following ports: 80 (standard http) 443 (in case you use SSL) 25 (in case you want to recieve e-mails over SMTP) And having a look into the Firewall Howto shouldn't do any harm either.
