OTRS performance measure...
hi,all, there have any one have test OTRS's performance? i just do sample test... on P3 866 with 128M RAM... when i submit a transaction, there spend almost 15 M RAM...and 2% process time.. No. Most of the components that are used are not linked to only one user. OTRS can be used with many users on normal machines. Please see the performance tunig section in our online admin manual.

Hi Christian,
i am having around 500 concurrent users, my mysql db
is 2GB in size. I have done the mysql static/dynamic
stuff too. Beyond that should i tweak any thing more?

That depends of the performance you have now. If your system is fast enough you don't need to change anything for the moment.
