We're looking at using OTRS to replace a system which has priorities reversed to the default in OTRS .... 1 = highest ... 6 = lowest.... there must be and easy way to change this. Thanks for your help. Shaun Norris

That's pretty easy. .-) There is a table named 'ticket_priority'. The first column (id) is the real priority (1 very low -> 5 very high). The column (name) is filled with the priority name. So the table looks like this: id | name ---+--------- 1 | 1 very low 2 | 2 low 3 | 3 normal 4 | 4 high 5 | 5 very high Now you just need to change the name. .-) -=> Follow this site to change the priority names: http://doc.otrs.org/1.1/html/priority.html
