Hello Is it possible to configure OTRS to start with ticket numbers from 1 with autoincrement set to 1 ? So,just plain 1,2,3,etc...? Sincerely Dragan

No, the SystemID is allways used for ticket numbers if the shipped ticket number generators are used. But you can write your own ticket number generator, its not to heavy.
