Is anyone doing anything cool with reporting etc? We're mostly using OTRS just for it's ticket management capabilities and I have really dug into reporting on it very much other than some basic custom MySQL queries I wrote a while back. I was wondering if anyone had more advanced stuff. Hi. I have the same need with you. I need some good reporting. I started using SYbase infomaker.
