Ahh! You mean directly via SMTP? Yes, if you write an email to otrs@your.host (of course this machine/MTA needs to be configured ...). PS: The next release includes a bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl wich an be configured via the admin interface. So no procmail or local mail delivery is needed (easier to setup but with procmail you have more possibilities).
