Removing E-mail ticket, renaming Phone Ticket.

Hey Guys, In our situation E-mail ticket and Phone ticket arent used the way they should. This is what I want: I want to remove the option E-mail Ticket (in the ticketview) And rename the option Phone Ticket to New Ticket Is this possible from the SysConfig interface? Regards, Gerrit

Hello Gerrit, For point 1, uncheck Frontend::Module###AgentTicketEmail in SysConfig. For point 2 change the string in your language file under /opt/otrs/Kernel/Language/. If the string doesn't exist try adding it. If this fails try changing it directly under Frontend::Module###AgentTicketEmail in SysConfig. I haven't changed strings yet, so please share the experiences you will make.
