The system: SUSE 9.3 with last stable OTRS Some needed info: Mailsender: Sendmail. I've tested with MAIL (same address that I use in the reply) and works So I assume the relay system is ok and have all permission to do the operation but in OTRS wont send the email... Can someone help me? Thanks
