I see that in the subject field we used to have [#20120213 10000074] as a ticket number while on 3.0.12 we have Ticket#2012061110000114. Any idea of what I can do and where to change/fix this? Ideally I'd like to see only [#20120213 10000074] like we had in 2.4.7.
