Does anyone know what the password for the 'otrs' user would be in phpMyAdmin. I know that it doesn't typically have a password, but phpMyAdmin seems to want one. Best, Greg

Hi Greg, you need the database password you entered during the installation of OTRS, default is "hot" and you should definitively have changed this. If so you can look at your Config.pm . erm ... no ... this needs to be the password that is accepted by the database ;-) Changing the password in Config.pm does not change the password in the database, right? ;-) Nils Leideck -- Nils Leideck Senior Consultant nils.leideck@leidex.net nils.leideck@otrs.com http://webint.cryptonode.de / a Fractal project
