Hi, in our comapny we have several agents using OTRS system ( it is really great ! ). We have one question: How to assign signature to an agent - not queue ? Cheers Pawel
Can you be more specific? I am using something similar and I was forced to use a new field in order to define what I need specific for every operator. Daniel

Daniel, We 4 agents using OTRS, and each of them have different Signature. I can assign signature to different queue, but i would like to have signature independent on the queue, but dependent on the agent name. For example agent1 have signature1, agent2 have signature2, etc. Pawel

Still you can use a trick.
The signature has to parts:
- Agent dependent;
- Agent independent.
For example mine looks like:
