Hiding <System (email external)> articles from Ticket Zoom

Hi everyone, just wondering if it's possible to stop the autoresponder messages from showing up in the ticket zoom? It's becoming rather hard to read through ticket history with all these extra articles in there. Hi Bryn, you can try out the article filter to select which article types you want to see in the ticket zoom.
