Hello, Does anyone know how to add more free fields to OTRS and actually see them? We currently have software type, device type, ci affected and service type. When we add a 5th field, we do not see it when we go to free fields in the ticket. On OTRS <2.1 * it knows exactly 8 free fields * you have to enable the display of more than 4 field within the DTLs On OTRS 2.1 * it knows exactly 16 free fields * you have to enable the display within Sysconfig Bye, Alex
