Hi Greg, Searching for a month already? That is *not* a quick search :D If you want to change the wording in the GUI the best way to do this is by using a custom translation file. This way if you update OTRS or the FAQ module, your changes are still in a separate file and will survive the upgrade. This process is described in detail here: http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.4/en/html/c1306.html#custom-translation-file Just put in a tag to translate 'QuickSearch', and look in Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/FAQ.dtl what the tags in the other page are that you want to translate, and add them in as well.
