
Hello: I've seen many users' questions replied to on this list, but have yet
to see a response to mine from Nov. 3. I may have just missed it, but

Hello Ron, I don't think that this is changeable by SysConfig, otherwise you would find it under Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewBulk as Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketBulk###Subject. But I guess one could modify AgentTicketBulk.dtl to prefill the text field.
