Re: [otrs] A form per queue. Is it possible?

Thank you both. With the solutions you suggested I can't be sure the customer send me all the required (mandatory) information. Some consideration. 1st I really do believe this would be a great addition. I don't know how to ask for it. If you know how, post it without any problem. 2nd I was thinking to create only a simple html page with links to different OTRS installation. My problem is... how can I move a wrongly posted ticket to a different queue?

Why not? You can have the form validated before it is sent and if not all mandatory fields are filled out you can let the user know. Of course this all needs some experience with web programming, although you may be able to find a ready to go mailform script that fits your needs.

Just use the queue drop-down list and select the right queue. Of course you do need to have sufficient privileges to do so. Nils Breunese.
