Ok. This feels like a very stupid question, but what is the difference between "Pending auto close +" and "Pending auto close -"? Stefan

There are no stupid questions. In fact, this is a very clear one, thank you. The State 'pending auto close +' closes a ticket by setting 'closed succesful', the other one by setting 'closed unsuccessful'. This is a (rather rough, though) possibility to differentiate your support efforts. These are the default StateAfterPending's: $Self->{StateAfterPending} = { 'pending auto close+' => 'closed successful', 'pending auto close-' => 'closed unsuccessful', }; It is for sure definable to allow your own states being automagically set whatever you want them to. When experimentating with these settings, please remember that you're dealing with _states_, not with _state_ _types_, just to save you from confusion. hth, Robert Kehl -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Tel. +49 (0)6172 4832388

with +, it will close the ticket successfuly, while with - it will close it uns-fuly. На чт, 2004-03-18 в 00:06, Stefan Testa записа:
