Help with email configuration and testing
If I run otrs.checkModules I get the list below. Why Net::POP3::SSLWrapper and Net::IMAP::Simple::SSL are missing?
From our postmaster I understand we need SSL over IMAP/POP3 and SMTP. I suppose SSL over POP3 means the OTRS option POP3S.

You can use the "ppm" (Programmer's Package Manager) tool to install missing modules. ppm can be run by typing ppm in a command prompt window. Furthermore there is a proxy to set with username and password; it works
properly with Internet Explorer.

You can use the "ppm" (Programmer's Package Manager) tool to install missing modules.
ppm can be run by typing ppm in a command prompt window. To install
the Net::POP3::SSLWrapper module type
install Net::POP3::SSLWrapper

Unfortunately the Windows installer currently suffers of a broken PPM
(and a broken cpan module as well). Please see this bug report:
http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3789
A workaround is included in the report.
Also, in OTRS v 2.3.3 and up, Mail::POP3Client and IO::Socket::SSL are
used for POP3S and NOT Net::POP3::SSLWrapper. This is not (yet)
updated in otrs.checkModules. See bug 3790:
http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3790
So you could install those two modules after you've fixed PPM as per bug 3789.

i have a problem , i can't see my emails via the otrs interface i've type in a line :
poll DEEXCS02 protocol IMPA user X/YOUR.USER/YOURMAILBOX password YOURPASSWORD is otrs
and i've edit the file : fetchmail on opt/otrs/var/cron :
*5**** [ -x/usr/bin/fetchmail ] && /usr/bin/fetchmail -a >> /dev/null
Plz need a help
